Botanic 1 is in a great location. There were some issues with the appliances like the stove but overall a cute, quaint rental.

I had a horrible experience in this apartment and with the company. Be aware that you must go to a separate location to pick up the keys before going to the apartment. We were given a faulty key for the apartment. This led us to being stranded outside for for about 4 hours until finding a police station who were very helpful. The police tried the key and could not get in (proving we were given a faulty key). The police ended up ringing the entire apartment complex at 5AM until one woman from the second floor woke up to come open the door for us. I communicated this to the company and they denied giving us a faulty key. This ended up ruining our short 3 day stay in Mallorca, as we did not get enough sleep to start the next day early as planned. The pictures also do no reflect what it actually looks like. The floors are very dirty and the apartment is extremely hot even with the fans. I highly recommend that you do NOT book this apartment or use this company.

Some improvements are necessary. Kitchen needs some repair, hooks for towels in the bathroom are missing
