Peaceful Getaway
Jean-Francios was a very good host, and the rental is spectacular. Love the seclusion and the beautiful nature. We were there first week of October and the colors of the leaves were beautiful. I would recommend this place if you want to getaway from the busy city. Only downfall, was the traffic getting there. Too much construction during the time we went. Overall, the accommodation was worth the cost. However, the spectic tank needed replacement/repair during our stay and was done within one day, but this disrupted our use of washroom and the smell was not good. Was a bit inconvenient. We should have got a little discount for this unforeseen disruption though. It would have been a very good gesture. But overall, nit too bad at all. We would rent again! Thank you Jean-Francios for you professionalism.

Lovely retreat
Our family enjoyed staying at this pretty chalet. Perfectly located between Baie-St-Paul and Le Massif, a convenient location for a ski getaway. Tucked into the trees with huge windows for nature watching, it was truly relaxing.

Nice location in mountains
Good accommodation, well equipped and a good owner. Well located in the wood and yet, close to Baie St Paul (7-10 mins driving distance). Loved the stay and would go again.

Tranquility and space
Wonderfully located on a mountain in a small forrest with a green calm view. Plenty of space for a big family. We travelled a family of 5 with children the age of 16 to 20 years. Nice big fridge and a great kitchen. We did end up buying a sharp knife though. The beds are great. We recommend going to Baie Sant Paul, a small very scenic and idyllic town with lots of galleries only a short drive away. There are some lovely beaches up coast that we enjoyed very much. And do go and see some whales. The are some wonderful hiking trails in Parc National de la Jacques-Cartier. Quebec City is only an hours drive away - we did go there but found it crowdy and touristy in the summer high season. It is worth a visit though. The only hickup is the internet. If you depend on a strong and stable wi-fi for work updates or streaming for the kids, this is not the place. Wi-fi is very limited and mobile reception comes and goes. But that is the only thing.
