We left after one night and moved to a hotel. Cannot understand how anyone stay there
It smelled of smoke and musky. The pic on the site is a courtyard which could not accessed so it was useless
Bed was terrible furniture was old. Broken floor tiles we left after one night even though we paid for four didn’t care
How anyone could rate this property above two stars is amazing
The town was great and the hotel we stayed at was perfect
Charles est un client très bizarre, sans doute plus habitué aux hôtels qu'à la location meublée.
Il n'a pas compris qu'il était dans un immeuble ancien. Par exemple, là où tout le monde voit le charme d'un carrelage d'époque et classé, lui il ne voit que des carreaux cassés.... c'est ridicule.
Charles nous a appelé au moins 10 fois avant d'arriver dans l'appartement, il était visiblement énervé de se perdre dans les ruelles du centre d'Avignon, et nous avons fait notre maximum pour le guider et lui répondre gentiment. Il a quitté l'appartement après 1 jour sans préavis, en laissant la vaisselle sale et les poubelles pleines. Il y a quelques rares clients qu'il est impossible de contenter, malgré le professionnalisme que nous mettons dans la gestion de notre meublé qui n'a que de bonnes appréciations.

Charles is a very strange client, probably more accustomed to hotels than furnished rentals.
He did not understand that he was in an old building. For example, where everyone sees the charm of a tiled period and classified, he sees only broken tiles .... it's ridiculous.
Charles called us 5 or 6 times before arriving in the apartment, he was visibly upset to get lost in the alleys of the center of Avignon, and we did our best to guide him and answer him nicely. He left the apartment after 1 day without informing us, leaving dirty dishes and bins full. There are some rare customers that it is impossible to please, despite the professionalism that we put in the management of our furnished which has only good appreciations.
A week in Avignon
Great 1st floor apartment, very spacious rooms throughout. Very good location on a quiet lane, very short walk from everything.
Excellent Central Location in Avignon Old Town
Gerard and Annick's apartment has all the amenities you need. We had a rental car and parked at the Les Halles garage. Did one day touring Avignon, then 3 day trips in the car. One day we went to Vers-pont-du-gard and Nimes; another day we went to Route des Crêtes, Cassis, and Marseille; last day we did Aix-en-provence, Ménerbes, Rousillon, and Gordes. A wonderful stay and highly recommend.
Good Apartment, Good Location
The apartment is well appointed and ideal for exploring Avignon and the surrounding area. It is in a quiet part of town but very close to the centre. The station is only about 10 minutes walk, from which we were able to take a train to both Nimes and to Arles
Great location with a full kitchen and separate livingroom
Staying in this roomy, moderized apartment that is set in a 16 th century building was perfect. The size was more than the 2 of us needed but was extremely welcomed after our tiny tiny place in Paris. It was clean and away from the busy tourist area , yet a 3 minute walk to the center of everything Annick and Gerard were gracious helpful and lovely. Annick welcomed us there and arranged for one of the nicest cab drivers in france to take us to the Garre Centre Avignon. The Only critcism was that we had the windows open at night and were swarmed and bitten by mosquitos while we slept. Would perhaps suggest deet or a net for our next August visit.
Spacious apartment in a tremendous location.
Ambience of the apartment was stark but adequate but this was made up for with a convient location and spaciousness.
