Not really
This was our Christmas holiday trip and we saved all year to rent a 'luxury' chalet ar Mt. Tremblant. Instead we spent a fortune for four nights in a very average chalet. The bed was broken and never fixed...we had only 2 parking spots for a family of 10 ...a meager two logs for our fireplace (4nights stay)...no hot tub as advertised....for the same price we could have gone on a cruise. We knew it would be expensive but we don't feel we got value for our money. And I am really mad that I can only access the 'loved it' button and not the 'not really'
We appreciate you sharing your feedback. While the property that you booked has fantastic attributes, it's not part of our luxury collection, we don't market it that way. It's a large clean 5 bedroom home that offers ski in ski out access, great walk-ability and easy access to the free shuttle. Mont Tremblant is expensive during the winter season however this property is more economical than most. We price all of our units according to the market, we're sorry to hear that you felt it was too expensive.
