I decided to invest in small apartments in the city center because I noticed that there was a gap in terms of quality, comfort and service. Most apartments was of poor quality, as well as guest service, causing the majority prefer to stay in hotel. Then retired several apartments next to the Metro, in a great location, leaving them clean, super modern and fully equipped. The idea worked and demand is high, since a hotel of the same quality monthly costs 3 times more than an apartment.
