SHUTTLES NOW RUNNING TO LOVER’S KEY AND DOC’S AT BONITA PUBLIC BEACH

Bonita Bay’s beach park is closed to allow for construction of a new facility. During construction
Bonita Bay is offering alternative beach access at Lover’s Key and also offering a shuttle stop at Doc’s restaurant at the public beach.

PLEASE NOTE: Photos are renderings of what the new Bonita Bay Beach Park Building will look like upon completion. Construction is currently underway and I will update here as progress is made.

Large private corner ground floor unit with wrap around lanai offering lake views from every room. Located in Wild Pines within the exclusive gated community of Bonita Bay.

Updated unit with renovated Kitchen and baths and new carpet and furniture throughout. Master bedroom has a king bed with flat screen “smart” tv. Guest bedroom has two twin beds and flat screen tv. Family room offers a pull out couch with a flat screen "smart" tv. Each bedroom has a private bath and large slider leading to the lanai. The unit has high speed internet with wifi, linens, beach towels and 4 tennis rackets.

Wild Pines heated pool, spa and tennis courts are just across the parking lot. There is also a newly renovated pool house with picnic tables and a refrigerator for your use. Gas grills are located both at the pool and in the parking lot near the unit.

Bonita Bay is a certified Audubon sanctuary with 12 miles of paved pathways for walking, biking, and jogging. Three parks within the community offer tennis, pickleball, basketball, bocce ball, playgrounds, picnic areas, butterfly garden, boardwalk to the back bay and complementary canoes & kayaks. There is also a marina and Backwater Jacks restaurant.

Bonita Bay has something for everyone and the proximity to the airport, restaurants, shopping and fine dining can't be beat.

Beautiful condo in a great Location

Everything was just as pictured and advertised. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the neighborhood pool and the bicycles. The property owner was easy to reach. The location is very convenient to restaurants and shopping.

My family and I fell in love with Bonita Bay when visiting a few years ago and now vacation here exclusively.

Why they chose this property

The views of the lake from this unit and the privacy it affords together with ground floor access make this a wonderful, unique place. Wild Pines is a small complex so the pool and tennnis courts are just across the parking lot. The shuttle to the private beach is close and convenient and we love that the beach has chairs and umbrellas so that all we need are beach towels, sunscreen and a good book.

We also love the gated, secure community of Bonita Bay with its miles of trails for walking/biking, and it's varied parks. In addition, we love walking or biking to The Promenade. It's proximity to the community is wonderful and you can shop or enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
