Come enjoy your own slice of paradise with this amazing 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathroom, oversized pool home looking down the Tarpon canal, with access to Charlotte Harbor/Peace River! Game room upstairs complete with pool table, foosball and large TV, great for entertaining the whole family! Beautiful back deck is screened in with a great view of the pool and canal. You can’t beat the amenities! The main floor of the home has 3 bedrooms. One master bedroom with a king bed, and 2 bedrooms with queen beds. There is a fourth bedroom that is upstairs with 2 queen air mattress for additional guests.

Great time.
It was easy transaction was what we need for 8 adults, few days before leaving noticed the 4 bedroom in a different area showed air bed which we didn't expect because showed all 4 bedrooms with queen bed didn't specify air bed until dug into it farther. Worked out fine, were a younger couple and said was fine. Had a great time relaxing. Would stay there again. Recommend Boca Grande beach was beautiful.

Family vacation
The house was very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed. I only gave it a 4 star because the grass needed cutting. Everyone enjoyed the upstairs game room it came in handy when we had a rainy day. Swimming pool was great too! Our host Deanna was great. She is even mailing us our daughter’s brand new sandals that we left. We will definitely stay there again.

Why they chose this property

This is our vacation home that we love so much, we love the big pool and canal back yard that we can fishing any time we want. Also, the house is very close to the Harbor Beach and some famous beaches around. we love our neighborhood, they are very kind and help us since we just buy the house. With the big entertainment room, we can play game at night or raining day. We love how quite and safety neighborhood are.
